These two scenes comprise a monologue and a dialogue, both written by Natasha Soobramanien. A patient is on his way to his monthly appointment with his psychiatrist. Whilst approaching the hospital, he becomes obsessed with the idea of demanding access to his medical files. Why would they be withheld?  Castles II follows up on the actual meeting between patient and psychiatrist.

It is these doctors who have called me ‘paranoid’. Not ‘cautious’ and not ‘strategic’, though I would describe myself as both. In fact, I will demonstrate these qualities in my appointment this afternoon when I request that they explain to me why it is they have refused me access to my medical reports.
